Hello, I am Stephen Herring of Circle City Ranch, located in Newton Grove, NC. We welcome you to our web page. Circle City Ranch was named after the small town we live in because of the traffic circle that is located in the middle of it, hence the name "Circle City". Our farm is located just 3 miles from Interstate 40 and 15 miles from Interstate 95.
My family has had miniature horses and a few Pygmy Goats for several years. My brother Judson and I started raising boer goats in 1999. Ever since then it has been a pleasure to work with them.
Quality is our main focus in our goats. We now raise fullblooded Boer Goats and percentage boer goats. We strive to meet the producer's needs, show quality or commercial. Circle City Ranch is currently expanding its size and always welcomes visitors.
I had the privilege of attending the 2006 Boer Goat World Championships in Upington, South Africa. Being able to see first hand the goats that are being produced out of South Africa, gave me a better understanding of this wonderful breed and an opportunity to meet some of the finest breeders in the world.
